Available for sale is a nice condition MEP-802A diesel generator with trailer. It is powered by a 2 cylinder lister-petter diesel engine. It uses 2 group 51 batteries to start (not included). This generator is rated to output 5kw at 80% load (capable of 6.5kw). Can be configured via panel switch to give 120v single phase, 120/240v split single phase (what most houses run), or 120/208 three phase. Currently has just under 1123 hours. Oil filter and fluid service done at 1105hrs. I load banked tested this genset on an essex electro engineers a427a load bank. Additionally, it was used for backup power on our shop building during some line maintenance this past fall. This generator has had its mov and fuse mod done as well per the updated manual. Trailer is excellent shape with good tires and lights.

I am asking $4000. I am willing to sell the generator separately from the trailer.
