Pickup ladder rack or to haul whatever. I used it mainly to haul boats and canoes. I made this out of 1-1/4 inch square tubing. The square tubing has poly pipe over it to keep from scratching the boats. It is free standing and can be C-clamped to bolts to the sides of the pickup bed. It is put together with bolts and can be dismantled. I sold my boats and no long have a use for it.
